Question Working With Stretchy material

Being new to this quilting I would like to know how you keep the block line square and even when quilting cotton and stretchy material together or for that matter stretchy alone.
thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Stretchy material can be tamed if you iron some lightweight interfacing material on the back of the stretchy material. Normally one does not quilt with stretchy material, but whatever you have can be incorporated into a quilt. Stretchy material usually stretches selvage to selvage, iron the interfacing lengthwise. Think of a big cross.
