I have a brother combo machine and a juki. If it’s your only machine, do you want to be able to do a zig zag? My juki is straight stitch only.

The Brother dealer here repairs Juki. So check with the dealers in your area. If not under warranty then most any machine repair will be able to. It's the warranty issue that you must use a Juki certified repair. After warranty who cares.

I have the same Bernina that I bought 40 years ago. It's not a long-arm. I wish it was, but it works great with 20 preset stitches.
