JoAnns is having their pres day sale and I am headed the other way to all the local shops to find scrap bargains while hundreds of them stand in line with their little ticket and wait for an hour to have their treasures cut. LOL.. I am feeling a little evil about it and it kind of feels good. LOL

I hate that they have so few cutters that you have to take a number. If they are that busy that a number is needed ... get more people cutting! I have seen the manager just breeze through when there are 15 -20 people or more ..waiting , and just keeps walking. Needless to say I have a strong opinion on this issue.

Yes, never enough cutters but you do know if you take a number when you first arrive, it is nowhere as bad on the wait. While you are shopping for your fabric, the earlier numbers are getting theirs cut. And... when you are ready, you just wait a short while.

Personally, I only go to JoAnns when I need to. If something strikes me while I am there then great otherwise, I don't go fabric shopping there for much. I do like that their Kona solids are 25% off today and then you get a chunk off of your whole order today.

I have NEVER had to take a number at the JoAnn's I go to. There may be 2 or 3 people in line, but that's it.

I used my $5 off and 10% off coupons (from mailer) Friday !
    ;)
Guess it depends on where you are -- this is only one of 4 JA's within 10 miles of here. I didn't even have a line on Black Friday!
