Yo-Yo- quilt

I am sure many of you know what a yo-yo- quilt is, but I don't really know. A friend has called me for scrapes for one. Could someone please tell me how do you make one. My friend says it looks like flowers on a quilt. Would appreciate any help

If you go to the Search above, you can search yo-yo quilts, but I did find a post that actually shows one already made. I am sure there are instructions under the search also.
Yo-yo quilts are great for take-along projects. I am working on one when we go on car trips as I get car sickness looking out the window!
