Do any of you know how interesting it is to read some of your threads be it quilting, general chit chat, etc.? They are so creative, homespun, honest, caring and humorous. Many times they read like a novel.

Go to PDA land - and some of the lives there make the soap operas seem bland!

I agree, I don't usually have much to say, but I do love the chit chat and quilt info. Especially Ditter43

You are right, Wonnie! Some days when I come home dog tired. I don't have the mental capacity to write anything, but I always sign on just to read. I'm on one other message board online which is about politics. And most threads just lead to name-calling and telling the other person they're mean. It's nice to have a board where even when people write about problems it can be uplifting.

Thanks y'all

PDA section = Personal Diaries and Announcements. That's where many of us have our own running thread and we can go into more personal topics.

I totally agree. As a teacher [English & Reading mainly] and a middle and high school librarian I have enjoyed so many of the posts on here!

The one from yesterday under general chit chat on how heat was affecting many on the board was eye-opening, personal and you felt like you were there experiencing the same thing.
