i drag up my husband's shop vac.. no beater bar!
I did something so addict-like that I must confess. I am diabetic and used the money for my insulin on fabric. I repent and promise not to do that again. There is a line and I crossed it.

I bought some fabric about a year ago , one of the sayings was "When I learned how to quilt, I forgot how to cook."

Your vacuum cleaner stops working, over heats and smells like burning rubber so you take it to the shop only to be told "lady, you aren't supposed to vacuum up fabric with it. It just isn't meant to do that." Yup mine somehow managed to swallow a length of sashing and I have no clue how it happened.

I'm definetly one of those! I spend hours cleaning up putting things away and the next couple of days it just looks the same again! I give up!
