Default Your favorite D9P variation?

Hi Everyone,

Quick question! I have 3 D9P's that I'm working on. What's your favorite variation? Looking for some new ideas. I perused Pinterest for a little bit, and there are some neat ideas on there, but I wanted to check with the experts! :-)

Ally

It depends on what you like. There have been many pictures posted on this site. I did this one set on point. Still haven't had a chance to piece the backing and get it to the LAQ.

Have you looked at the Quilt Gallery for inspiration?

My favorite disappearing block is Disappearing Pinwheel by Jenny Doan.

Maniac that's a beauty!

tapper, I have looked at the Quilt Gallery and lots of photos online, but wanted to know which versions people enjoyed working. :-)

Onebyone, I will look it up!

I like that on-point variation. Actually my favourite is the original, especially if I'm using directional fabrics.

Belfry, I love that one too. It's the one I've been working with lately. I have three in various stages at the moment! Yikes!!!! ;-) Never enough time to finish all of my quilts.

I've done a few different ones, but my favorite is set on the diagonal with sashing and cornerstones. The black/white/turquoise one on the last page of the gallery is mine. It's always been one of my favorites.

Dollyo - I really like that, but can figure out how you got there from a D9P. Would you be willing to share your secret? Thanks.
