So I just finished the top of the wall hanging. Thanks to some of the suggestions i got got me in the thinking mood. I went with making flowers out of the fabric. I will use the zebra fabric as binding. So what do you think? I attached the fabric my daughter gave me to work with so you can see it again. I will SID and then try to hand quilt the flowers & bird. This will be my first attempt at hand quilting.

Very pretty and creative. I love that idea of binding with the zebra fabric. It is going to be stunning- your daughter should love it.
