Anyone have a clue why I can't get my cutter back together after I took it apart to change the blade.. I finished cutting all my squares, and was going to cut extra's to send, but thought the blade wasn't as sharp as it could be, so I took it apart.. It does not want to go back together.. It is an Olfa with the quick release. You are supposed to slide the piece, and then slide it back. It's not staying tight when I moved it back.. Ughhhh

Hello Ladies
Last night I went to quilting with my mom and told her about our swap and what we are going to make with all these little squares. She said that at her morning group they were just talking about the same quilt. It is on the cover of American Patchwork & quilting december 2012 issue. and the directions are inside YIKES!
Anyway my mom's friends were interested in making the quilt but said they would never have enough different fabrics. I know that some of them don't have internet access...would I be able to sign them up.......????
These ladies are mostly in their 70's/80's and make beautiful quilts. I love to pass on the opportunity to them.
Please let me know what you think.

More squishes today from Lisa wanna b quilter and Katfish.
@Barb: swaps are open to members. Many of us have signed our buddies up as members so they can join the fun. I did this for my mom who rarely goes on board but I keep her up to date and get her signed up for swaps when she wants to join in.
