That is the perfect pretty card for a quilter! Love that fabric too.

I'm going to a quilt show tomorrow and I couldn't be more excited. Riding in the bus with my quilting group... Yaaaaay! There is an amazing quilt of the Last Supper at this show. Will share pics when I get back.

I am still here....I was out of town finishing up my Row-by-Row adventure and I got a phone call from my boss who said that my co-worked was in the hospital and I needed to be on the 6am flight. This is at 6pm for a 6am flight the following morning and I am 5 hours from home with no laundry done and no bag packed. Then to top it off my personal laptop was having issues so I had to go into the office to pick one up to use for the trip and due to security blocks could not get on to several websites I frequently visit. The Quilting Board, Squirrel Mail (my personal remote e-mail service) and Facebook were the most frustrating ones for me. The good part about it was that I was able to hit a couple quilt shops on the east coast for the Row-by-Row.

So I am now back, and life is starting to get back to normal. I just need to get all my Row-by-Row license plates and fun purchases I made into some king of order. I have bags everywhere in my sewing room.

TrishB - so sorry to hear of your loss. I hope the healing process has begun.

Jaba - WoW, you sure have a lot going on. Congratulations on the new Grandbaby, house, and car.

WMUTeach - sorry to hear about our arm. I sure do hope you have a quick recovery.

I did get all my birthday candies mailed out to the August girls. If for any reason any of the August B-days girls do not have their candies yet please let me know. I mailed them from the airport and I have had issues with letters getting lost when I mail from there.

I mailed out all of my bd squishes out at the beginning of the week. I hope it gets there in time for the 1st birthday.

Jaba contgrats on on your grand baby!!!! so pretty.

wmuteach, Sorry to hear about your injury. Maybe it will heal faster. Can you type? When I couldn't sew last year I got on the QB and Internet and surfed for quilting ideas. I also watch tv, Netflix, read books from the library, and enjoyed the great outdoors on my deck.

I'm excited I won the contest, yea. I'll be waiting for my prize in the mail. Thank-you!

I will post pics of my quilt top soon. I have to iron it and take a pic. Then back to my 2 1/2 " log cabin. I have a block made, unsure if I really like the layout. I'll have to go back to my batik stash. Or Maybe I'm over thinking at this stage. My 1st thought was to go really scrappy, then I thought I'll do it by color rows. Undecided. Again decisions decisions.
