I’ve got 20 envelopes stuffed and ready to mail. I am patting myself on the back. Had a Christmas party with my quilting/craft group and I won $$ playing Left/Right/Center. We used to play with FQ but more crafters joined in. Need new rulers so will be watching sales!

Yea, for ready swappers! I am a little bit behind you TG, but will catch up soon. Working on my December 2.5 project with fingers crossed to get it finished by January 1st.

What a great group already signed up! I would love to join again, as we are settled down this year (I hope...). Last year we moved four times, in three different states, and I'm ready to stay in one place for while. So, I have a steady address to supply and need an excuse to go through all my scraps. I look forward to joining.

Yes, indeed, LAF2019 will be in the 2025 swap. I will post an updated list in a few days. I am waiting on hearing back from a couple of folks who are undecided at the moment.

Reminder: our first birthday of 2025 is the second week of January. I will send out the mailing information on the 20th, as usual, knowing that any folks who join us later will need a few days of grace to get their envelope of candies in the mail.

Keep passing the word about the group. We have room for more.

I still need to gather a few more cuts of fabric that fit my color way. Then cut them up. Two more chances for freebees from the Give Away table. Then I will start looking at the bargain shelves at one of my favorite quilt stores. Since we are hovering at about 20 participants, I won't need much additional or I can dig a little deeper in what I have kitted up for other quilts.

I promised an updated list and here it is as of this morning, December 17. We have sadly lost a few of our longtime but added some new swappers too.
Please post helpful hints for our new swappers: How to package and mail, how to cut and prep for the full year in advance and so on.

HInt #1 I purchase 6X9 envelopes from the dollar store and add my return address all ahead of time. Good TV, movie or football game activity.

    Next hint?
