It's been raining here for 2 days. The river is really high and they have even closed some of the trail heads in the National Park. Today is the home opener for the Cleveland Indians. I hope it's not raining in Cleveland. I saw my neighbors crocus but not too much is blooming here. Tomorrow is going to be 48 and I thought I saw the s word.

it's drizzeling here all day. the weekend is supposed to be beautiful sunny and warm. let's hope so.
gem show this weekend. don't know if i'm going. my son still has my car and I finished my larimar
collection with a beautiful ring. sooo, I guess next is amethysts again. I say again, b/c I got robbed of it.
really big heavy pcs. all over an oz. of gold (2 earring combined). the bracelet was gorgeous , the earrings heats with bosa. the ring over 1 ct of diamond. the smallest stones were the bracelet, about 2.5 cts each stone. so I guess I need to start again. then i'll be done. I seem to say that a lot these past few yrs. oh well, off to date night.

I use to think it would be fun to own a jewelry store. I thought that way I could have all the jewelry I wanted. lol... I doubt that is how it works, but I could have given myself great discounts. Then lately I thought it would be fun to own a fabric store, but even with that just running the store and all that goes with that type of store, I wouldn't get to sew as much. lol... I guess sometimes it's best to just be where we are.

I would love to own a vintage jewelry store. Love the older stuff, plus that way it's already used so if I borrowed it to wear it wouldn't matter. I think it would be great advertising for my store to wear the stuff.

I went to the local community showcase, and now I can barely move. I think we are going to take DS out to dinner tonight to celebrate his new job, although now that I think about it he should take us out!

What's the community showcase? Glad about the new job. My DS is going to be losing his good job this summer. He's known about it for awhile now. At least he'll get good unemployment until he gets another one.
