Great blocks ladies, Jaba I LOVE my block, I think they are really going to make a nice quilt.

MJP, you did an awesome job on Marietta's block.

I finished Marietta's block also. First let me say the flash brightened it up quite a bit I used the back side of my yellow fabric so you really can't see the squares as clearly and brightly as the picture shows. And the yellow stripes in the octagons are significantly more muted then the picture shows. The blue triangles in real life are not as light more medium blue. This isn't the block I was going to originally make w/ your fabric but I wanted to make this block and when I saw your stripes were the perfect distance to make the octagons I decided to go for it, I had in mind wild rose covered wagon wheels. don't know if I succeeded but hope you like the block. Mjp... beautiful fussy cutting on Marietta's block!

Love all of yours Jaba. It seems like nothing throws you for a loop.

Libster, great blocks too. The crazy hearts are fab, as is the purple.

No, I didn't get one made today... but I did make cornbread for a church dinner tonight, got a pair of pants hemmed and a plumeria tree cutting potted.

Jaba and Libster what Beautiful Blocks, I'm not getting much sewing done around here with me running in here to admire the ones you all are doing LOL

MJP ~ Love my bock, awesome! I would have never thought to pick those colors to go with that fabric And look how Beautiful it turned out. That set of fabric is for my bf Kel, and she will love it. Thank you so much.

Kass ~ It's stunning, Love it! I'm not even going to begin to ask how you made the wagon wheels, way beyond my scope. And, lol, your yellow fabric, well uh umm the other day I was laying it out with some other fabric pieces from the set that goes with the one I sent wondering if after I made your block I would have any left over to go with mine. Sorry And look there it is . Yes you succeeded with the wild rose covered wagon wheels. Thank you

kinda of a deflated show and tell after all those gorgeous previous blocks
and I'm not even sure the colors go with the fabric I got, I'm beginning to think I'm color challenged
but at least by golly I know its 12.5 lol

The blocks are coming fast and furious.
Libster great blocks. Another great Terriam block. I also love the purple fabric you chose for TGs block.
Another phenomenal block by Kassaundra. If this were an olympics. you would get the gold!
