immemother- i finished your doll quilt this morning (4 am) and will try to get it out to you tomorrow, oops, today! i haven't perfected mitered corners yet, but these were kind of little and complicated. anyway, it was fun to make and i want you to enjoy it. i've sent along a little something extra and i hope you find it fun and meaningful!

I just got my quilt from M.I.Late :-D

The colors you chose are perfect! I've never seen that fabric line, but I will be looking for it now. :lol:
However, this one won't be hanging in my sewing room with the others just yet. When I was unpacking it in the kitchen , I realized how PERFECT the colors were there. So, for now it's going to stay on my kitchen table! :D
Thanks also for the fabric squares, beautiful cross and snip holder. I think I'm going to hang the cross above my sewing machine.

I finished piecing the top of my quilt for Dotty last night, and I'm loving the way it came out. Now to sandwich and quilt. I'm on a deadline, as next week is very busy, so I want to get this done and out the door before then.

Wow! I just came to look in August's swap! There are such little darlin's here already!! I just marvel at the talent and inspirational little gems that are posted each month. Now to get to work on one for my partner! Hmmmmm.....
