There is always wiggle room. But, it's great to broadly stick to the theme. I think your samples are great!

I don't usually work with theme fabric but this frog fabric is so special. It reminds me of the frogs in my ponds and makes me happy.

So here is my surprise package. A wonderful shades of blue mini, a PPing book of birds which yes, is right up my alley, a pot holder but I will use it as a mug rug. Then out of the bag came a hand embroidered dish towel ready for the dog days of summer. The Quaker Oats bar, a last bit of sweetness.

That is really pretty.
But you know you can play with the theme. If you make an all green and sew on butterfly buttons, who will complain!
