Whigrose what a great start to your cool fabric selection! I think that is going to be one cute.. critter!

I am not sure if I did this already but I will be gifting this swap to ctyankee in the future. I will help her out with sign ups on Oct. 1st but officially I am going to be backing out until then. She is doing such a bang up job that its going to be so much easier for me to share the wealth with a new swap leader. I will be leaving this swap with fond memories and you ladies are such a joy to follow. I will come back to say hi and see what your creating so please remember to post those pictures for everyone and have tremendous fun making your mug rugs!

Thank you, Elisabrat, for your confidence & support. Just remember to pop in here every so often to see our mug rugs & to let us know what you're up to. (And don't go too far anyway -- I'm sure I will need you!)

Robinlee & sewbizgirl are partnered up for a swap, bringing the total mug rugs in August to 30!

So now we have a total of 30 At the Zoo mug rugs to oooh & ahhh over when they are posted. That's an incredible number for the summer, considering how busy people get with the kids home & vacation schedules & people popping in.

Hope everybody is having fun! I know I am!

Hi everyone, not sure this will go through, not much service here in the TURTLE MOUNTAINS of North Dakota. The last message j sent took about 3 minutes to send. Ugh....
So Thanks for adding me to your swap this month.
We are camping at Lake Metigoshe State Park and parked about 1 mile from Canadian border. My DH first family reunion in about 20+ years. We will head home tomorrow about a 6 hour drive south west.

Talk to you all soon....and I hope this goes through.

-first I'd like to say, you are passing the baton to someone that is capable and considerate. ctyankee will do a bang up job, I'm sure of it.

And thanks for the compliment on my 'critter'. It came out pretty cute. Just need to pull together an extra or two and this package is ready to go on it's way.

Best,
deb in Maine

ctyankee you are doing a fabulous job! Thank you!!! Think I will do these until I can't see to sew anymore. By the way ladies, I know that eyesight thing, please please let me know if it's starts fading beyond control...and trust me I really mean that!!!
