All, I will be opening my envelopes tonight. I had to make an unexpected trip to Indianapolis to be with my daughter on Wednesday, so I grabbed my basket of envelopes.This will be a family reveal of the treats from my quilting friends. Thanks all of you so very much. Every year it is so much fun to anticipate an evening of opening envelopes and playing with fabric squares while eating cake with a cup of tea. Actually, I eat cake with a fork and enjoy a cup of tea with the cake!!

I have been working on Charming Addition quilt this past week & wanted to work on it this weekend but nephew is picking me up to take me fishing because the bass are running. So happy, quiting or fishing!!!

Hope you are having a great swap this year. I'm still trying to whittle down my candy squares from previous year's swaps! I have the top finished for this quilt with loads of candies. I like the pattern because it has just enough white for contrast, but not too much white. I don't think I ever had a pattern for it, but it can be copied from the photo easy enough. Hope you like it!

It was sure fun opening all of those packages. Let the sorting and planning begin! I will not spill the beans but there are some fun surprises in these envelopes. Thank you everyone for celebrating my birthday with me.
