not that there isn't anything there i'd choose - i just want to follow the rule.

also is the background fabric going to be black or white?
You can pick whatever block you want from whatever source. Alot of use quilter's cache quilt frequently. You can lay out the colors as you desire.

Okay, the three sets will be: (1) Contrary Wife, (2) Balkan Puzzle and (3) Annie's Choice (all three from Quilter's Cache). I have a quilt store a block away from me and I can't wait to walk over to choose the fabric for my first one.

OH, a quilt store a block away from me would be very, very dangerous!

Colletta, having the quilt store so close truly is dangerous. Oh, you have no idea!

I decided to change the Balkan Puzzle to Blazing Arrows (also Quilter's Cache).

I'm in. This will be my first exchange. I'll let you know once I've decided which block to make. The blue and white stars exchange was awesome! Can't wait to see everyone's blocks!

Okay, I've decided on Ohio Star, one of my all-time favorite blocks. Now I'm off to buy fabric!
