Thanks for all the well wishes for Mom. I left at 5:30 this morning and arrived at hospital about 9 AM. Shed a few tears when I saw Mom laying in bed looking so vulnerable. My sister lives in same town as Mom and provides most of Mom's care, so thankful for her at the same time I feel guilty because I 'm not there. Mom lives alone in a Senior housing unit. She will need to go into a transitional housing for a week or so and she is very put out about that, it is an interruption of her life. Her blood pressure was 70 over 39 right before I left to go home. They think these spikes might be causing her dizzy spells. She was thrilled by my surprise visit and it lifted her spirits. Drive home was a little over 4 hours, a very long day but well worth the trip. Terriamn

Terriamn glad to hear your drive went well and your visit with your mom as well. Glad she is doing okay. It is difficult to see our parents age. I love all the blocks that I have been seeing. I posted one but they are to large on my iPad so I have to take the pictures with my camera, resize them and then post them to the site. I will try to do that this weekend. People are moving very fast at getting there blocks done. I myself need more time but I am slowly getting them done. Have a great weekend all.

Got these blocks done tonight...made an extra one for Sunrise since I could NOT get the lst one right. Moonrise, Muse&Sew, NC Quilter. I think I have 4 more to go. And a weekend free of grandkids!!
