Jaba, your news was the topper on today. (Am Doing a happy dance here in GA!) Fine news! Excellent news! Next time you see your doc, give him hugs from the Boomers! Your strength and stamina will come back in it’s own time just try to be patient. Treat yourself with kindness and try not to compare how fast you recover with anyone else’s recovery. You’re you and everybody is a bit different. You’re on your way back to full health. Ahhh.

Jaba, all I can say is, "Thank you, Lord!" Silly me- a few happy tears going here. See, proof that prayers do work!

Good morning, Waves. I’ve been working on an old BOM and my goodness, I can see how I’ve improved since I did it about 12 years ago. What a hot mess. Not a single block is the right size. The 2 worst I’m taking apart in an effort to eke out another 1/4 inch but they’re still all going to have to be resized to 12 1/4 if I can make that work. There go points! Oh well.

This is it up on the design wall. Only the center four are stitched together. Once I fix everything and sew this together, there will be a black print border. Wish me luck!

Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Labor Day weekend.

That's beautiful, Janice! What a lovely setting. You certainly can't tell it has problems by looking at it. Well worth finishing!

Very pretty Janice, love how the sashing brings it all together with the half square triangles!
