I can't wait to get my blocks back. I'm ready for the next boom. I already have fabric picked out. My plan is to join both booms and have two quilts done. Those two will go to family.

We are finishing up, Sooners! Soon we will be able to make quilts!

My daughter’s baby was born last night. 36 hours of labor, which led to an infection, which led to an emergency C section. Both are doing well today, although my daughter is still being given intravenous antibiotics. Baby is precious!

Sewbiz, look at your new little granddaughter!! All that dark hair.

So beautiful, as is your daughter. Sorry to hear about the intense labor and infection, but praying the meds and time and the Lord's healing hands on your girl will have her feeling good before too long.

I'm so happy for you. Two granddaughters born this close together ---must mean your cup runneth over!
