It's weird how your body can "betray" you when something you really never thought about goes down. For me it's been my eye, the retina detached about 10 years ago (about a third of my sight in one eye was black) - had to be face down for 20 hours a day for two weeks after surgery. Let me tell you that changed my life and way of thinking! I was fortunate to recover with 20/20 corrective vision. But those two weeks -- if my doctor had told me to howl at the moon each night to keep my eye sight, I would have! So Keep fighting the good fight!

and for Suzisew

they don’t look square, but they are. My picture taking skills are also lacking.

Great blocks smglover and pamelaory! I love mine Pam... thank you! Is that sparkles on the fabric? Or a water droplet print? Never saw that before.

I got this block done for Smglover207 today. I wanted something wild enough for her fabric. I won't lie tho... this block kicked my butt! Just when you are thinking what a hotshot you are, a block like this comes along to keep you humble.

Hope you like it smglover!

It's from my AnglePlay book and is called "In the Swing of Things".

It’s a print. From a line called spotted by Brigitte Heitland for zen chic for Moda. I really like how the colors match your fabric.

Yes they are perfect! And I really like the "spotted" fabric.

I got another one done... for SuziSews. Hope you like it, Suzi. I went with the lighter pink in your flowers.
