Wow! Some great blocks. Wish I had joined boom 25 now. Anyway, I did finish boom 23 quilt King Xlarge. It turned out really nice, had to add sashing and several different borders and make six more blocks. It was hard to work with being so big.
I will show you a pic soon. Sorry to hear about Jaba. Glad Janice is doing well. Happy to see MJP is back.

I’ve missed you and the Ymca Marija. I love my students. Hopefully when Covid is over we can all go back. Stay safe and healthy my friend.

Good morning!! I have another three made:

Libster's block is called Margaret's Choice, my second block for MacyBaby is a Celtic Twist Block, and Made by Sue is receiving a Spring Flower Block.

Marija, great to hear from you. Can’t wait to see pictures of your quilt

Irish Mom love all 3 of your blocks but Libster’s really catch’s my eye

We will be leaving this wonderful life of leisure and warmth to head back to snowy Minnesota this weekend. Feels good to have accomplished as much as we did. Still a few projects to take on when we return in January

Good morning, Flurries. Clear and cool again this morning but a good day for a nice walk.

Nice to hear from you, Marija. Hope you are well. Please post a pic of your Boom 23 quilt. We'd love to see it. IrishMom, love your blocks, all blues. Pretty. MadebySue, one more thing about the 1/4 inch seam allowance, if you go much smaller than a scant 1/4 inch, your blocks may have a tendency to pull apart during handling when making a quilt. Don't ask me how I know...

    Have a pleasant day everyone!

IrishMom, I love the Spring flower block. It’s perfect with my fabric. And Libster’s & MacyBaby’s are just beautiful.
Janice, thank u for the tip. I’ll test out a shorter stitch length. Although that’ll be harder to take apart if need be 😂

So last night I cut out the pieces for Klaws block called Calico Puzzle. When I woke up my first thought was "no blue cows for Macy, but how about a blue Elephant for Klaws" So I gathered the scraps and made a bonus block for Klaws - the Blue Elephant. Your fabric is so fun with the different colored animals that I had to have more fun with it. Luckily there was just enough for the elephant background. I left the eye for you to decide - no eye? Embroidered? Button?
