Default Hello all

So good to catch up with you all, very excited about the next boom! Such interesting stories about vaccines but I sure am glad people are getting them. I was fortunate as a teacher I got mine early.

I miss my boom family. Hugs from Wyoming

So happy to hear about all the new babies coming in!! Wonder how many baby quilts will be made.
We won't be getting the vaccine since we have anti-bodies already . Arizona is really cutting back on the masks. All the main stores are not requiring you to wear a mask anymore. Seems weird to enter Walmart/grocery store without signs about masks - or which entrance to use or people watching and counting.
It is definitely spring here - temps up to mid 70's every day. Spending more time than usual killing weeds!
Have four quilts at long-arm and waiting for their return.

Good morning! I’m still on target to open the swap on the 18th.

Had my second Moderna shot Monday and it knocked knocked me down for about 36 hours but I’m feeling quite well this morning. We have shopping to do and I’m definitely up for a little excursion, even if it’s to the grocery store.

Hope you all have a great day!

Good morning Janice McC. I too am ready for a bit of an outing. I had my second shot about 2 weeks ago but I am still a bit gun shy to get out and about. I am ready to ago back to church but that is still a bit of a challenge and I believe I should stay home. I can at least watch services on the TV weekly. I stilll only pick up groceries once a month or so. That is done via the computer and out door pickup and Walmart.
I am so glad that the BOOM 26 will be starting soon Can hardly wait for it. The 18th is my youngest 43rd birthday.

Reminder since some people may already be figuring out their fabrics for the next Boom, please remember the minimum size for F8's is 18 x 10 inches, that's with selvages already removed. You may make them larger (always welcome), but please, no smaller. In recent rounds, selvages have been accidentally left on and it has caused some folks to end up with small pieces as the selvage is unusable. Thank you! Also, please don't forget to label all your ziplock baggies with your name. Thank you again!

I'll be back on Sunday with the sign-up post. Be on the lookout! Yay!
