Beautiful blocks Cheese. Congrats on the finish.

I spent my lunch at work with my laptop and fabrics. Designed my final blocks.

I usually agree that arranging blocks into a top is less enjoyable than making blocks. However, lately making a flimsy and the quilting are quite satisfying. I suppose it’s because I’ve simply gotten better and faster at it. Very little struggle now except when the quilt gets large. It’s a happy surprise.

At an audiologist with DH. He’s having his hearing checked. I think he’d benefit from hearing aids and he’s come to that conclusion as well.

I am bad at putting my BOOM blocks together. I started in BOOM 17 and think I have only put one our two together. My best friend put 4 together for me. I keep saying I am going to get them together, but the truth is I love making them, not joining them together. I do have them all organized.

I keep a big box of solid scraps... bigger pieces. It sure comes in handy for Boom requests that say, "use colors in the print". I'll have them!

Great blocks, I'm coming to the end of my blocks too. I have 5 left.

Here’s a psychedelic block for Lstew, with her gorgeous print. Hope you like it, Lisa!

I am enjoying all of the blocks from the past few days. I keep saying to myself, "Why didn't I think of that". So clever and so interesting. The finished quilts will be stunning for sure!

Up late, had a coffee tonight and, well, here I am. DH did get hearing aids and it's nothing short of miraculous. Thank goodness.

Hav, really interesting pic of how you design your blocks. Very neat!

I'm off to pull blocks. Have a great Thursday!
