Rec'd F8 from Kathy N today.

The way I understand the photos -- IMVHO

You don't post the block you are MAILING OUT.

You can post the block you RECEIVE.

(if you wish to put your outgoing blocks on your blog/site, that is fine...it's up to each person to have the willpower or lack thereof to look. Personally I have enjoyed seeing them all in a group, but that is MHO)

(posting your received blocks...okay to "influence" someone if you think it will as someone might have a creative "duh" going on and it could be just the inspiration they were looking for...I love to see all the blocks received)

I guess I'll wait a week before I put it up. Everyone should have received them by then.

So Carsey, Goldendog55, JaneCat, Joanelizabay, Monarchbee, Moonwork42029, Pgaines, PokerDiva, Shay1896, Shaysmema, and SewCornie... be watching for your blocks to come home. I also made one block for me... so that is my first 12.

Yes I'm hollering! OMG... your quilting artist skills on your blog are beyond words!!! I can't even envision a simple D9P with more than 3 fabrics and you have a masterpiece in each one of your designs. I'm pretty honored here ... wow! Now of course I don't expect a portrait (lol unless it was a possum) but I can't wait to see what you have sent to me....again WOW girl!

I received blocks from Pam (pgaines) and JaneCat and both were so perfect for what I want to make! If they dont object I will try to post a picture of them. I only have my cell phone as I cant pull the pictures off my digital and save to my computer. I need a new computer...still running Windows 98 :)
Im sending out blocks to Lisa and Shay tomorrow. Hope they like them!

Oh my, Windows 98. Your computer is old. WIndows 7 is great for photos. I received f8 from KathyN. Once graduation is done and van quilt done, which is next couple of weeks, I will get these done begining of June. I will have time to think of what to make for each of the beautiful fabrics everyone has selected. This is fun. I look forward to going to the mailbox because there are "squishies" waiting for me. My Dh is wondering what squishies really are.

LOL! and thank you... You have to understand that I haven't done much traditional quilting. I'm sort of a newby at making blocks....but am enjoying it. It is my hope to finally have a quilt on my bed! Actually mine from Boom 3 is ready to go the quilter this week.

I just finished a quilt top that took me 2 years to get made. I sent it to my quilting partner last month, and hope to be showing "Peach Within Reach" later this year.

hugs, Jupiter aka Marilyn

Wow is right. I can't even comprehend how you do that, Jup. But, it is so beautiful.

I love horses and puppies!

Here's my first block home. Poker Diva, I've admired the blocks you've made for the monthly block swap and am so thrilled to have one from you now too. Thank you! It's wonderful!
