I am the proud mama of 3 more blocks! A beautifully BEADED block came today from nancy S.Very pretty blocks from Craft Phanatic and Aunt Sue. All are 1 of a kind for me; and that just amazes me. almost all my blocks were a different design! thanks ladies. luv em!!

I received two blocks in the mail. What fun!! They are great. One is from Quilted Horse and one is from DonnaD. Love them both. Getting excited to put them all together. :thumbup:

cherrio-- i'm glad you like the beading! haven't a clue how you'll put that in a quilt, but it was fun to do, and figured probably no one else would do it , too!

This weekend I sew, unpack,sew, unpack. The only break I am taking is to go to the movies to "The Help" with my family. Hoping to have good news for more than a couple of you come Sunday night. The only problem is so much of my sewing room is not yet unpacked that it is kind of scary. Hope I don't get lost in there never to be found again.

don't worry katy. put dog bisquits in your pockets. if we don't hear from you by tuesday we'll send in the dogs! they'll find you( even if you get hungry don't eat the dog bisquits! they are crucial to the plan!)(better carry some twinkies for you--just in case!)

Thanks for the wonderful understanding attitude Nancia and all the rest. Those of you who said you had projects to finish you are first in line. Nobody is up in the house yet so it is to the sewing machine with me. I love sewing ALL the time but it is so great early in the morning in a quiet and peaceful house and so far the weather is not in the triple digits here in So Cal. Bye now.
