Judy - Thank you! The name of that block is "Mary's Block" and is is from Carol Doak's book "40 Bright & Bold Paper Pieced Blocks". The block I did for you is from the same book and it is called "Beth's Block"....all the blocks in this book have womens names. I LOVE to do paper piecing!

I'm sooooo glad you are pleased with it!! It is paper pieced so it makes the points so much easier to match...of course you could do it!! have 7 blocks finished--hope to send them out today. will post the names later. also rec'd 3 more squishies and will let you know who's they are also later. i was right this really is fun! i'm doing the blocks randomly, i reach into the bag and pull out the next one to do. am trying to match blocks to their recipient in some way. means i'm trying all sorts of new blocks. i love it! when's the sign up for the next one?
