Quilt Mom and YayaQuilter, your colors could both fit right into my quilt! There really is a lot of great quilting talent in our little group.

No new squshies today, giving me time to catch up in my other group.

Have fun on your vacation Karen, hope you have lots of really nice weather, looks like we are having a pretty good Indian summer here!

Hi April! How are you feeling? Did you have your surgery? Was it a success. I've been thinking about you, wondering how you are doing.

I'm so thankful I joined the Boomerang swap! More importantly I am very thankful for all the hard work YOU put into organizing it-putting the groups of quilters together and making those wonderful, helpful spreadsheets for us to track everything on!!! I am totally enjoying this swap, picking out colors from my collection of fabrics to go with each F8 I receive and picking the pattern for each. It's really fun making a block for another lover of quilting whom we can be sure will appreciate the work that goes into each block.

I pray you are feeling better and better each day.
love, karen

I'm with Karen, thanks for all the hard work you have done. I'm glad I e-mailed you to ask some questions. I'm enjoying the boomerang alot. I've talked one of my fellow quilters into trying this next time around. Thanks again. Hope all is well with you. Oma 7

I received two squishies from Spring group today
F8 from

dungeonquilter
quiltin'gran

Will work on them tomorrow at quilt club.

I am amazed how fast the Boom has gone, I need two more F8's and some grown up blocks but wow I though this was going to take really long time.

My other group is going a bit slower but it is a lot bigger.

Thanks its a paper piece I did not long ago. Its called "Curvy Kaleidescope." I forgot off hand where I got the pattern from. I have the block pattern though. I had fun doing it. Just learned how to piece. Thanks again. I'm also waiting for 4 F8s, and some grown up blocks. I haven't recieved one block yet. Keeping my fingers crossed I'll see some soon! Hopefully!
