Brenda, maybe the block was sent back to you. The post office here has been a real pain! More than 50% of the squshies I have received have been with postage due. They have also sent some back if I did not get to the post office fast enough to pick them up. I think they are supposed to hold them for 3 days, but I actually have seen them sent back with out even notifying me that they had arrived. I am not sure how to get around them, maybe rent a PO box in another town! It is so frustrating!
