Yipee all the blocks but two and are ready for the mail tomorrow

maggiebb I tried a disappearing 9 patch, got it together, then cut it apart, fan came on and blew all the pieces apart It is not cooperating right now, so will try again in the daylight

calquilter- your fat 8th has not reached me yet- but will get your block out asap.

Had so-o-o-o-o-o much fun putting them together. Now, maybe I can tackle the picture posting this weekend. I have received some really great blocks for my quilt

Off to dreamland now - have to go back to work tomorrow- weekends are just too short- especially the "long"ones

Sadly I wasn't able to get anymore finished - we had high 90s here and HUMID not good to be outside for long stretches at a time - this morning 68 so I will set up the sewing area on the porch and get back to it

Linnaete and I got our blocks swapped. We met at Joann's Fabrics, (of course I had to pick up some fabric.) We both had got off work and living just about an hour apart we decided to meet for the swap.

Thanks Linnaete for meeting and swapping with me. Your block is great and I am looking forward to more swapping withyou in the future. Phannie
