I have just two more blocks to make and send out. Has anyone heard from eagleoneowl2u2? She is the only F8 I'm missing.

I have it figured out I think. If I do just two blocks a day, I will be finished by April 26th. That is an awesome goal.

Ok I am done with making blocks for this group except for one, but then I can't make that one because I have never received a F8 from eagleoneowl2u2. I am waiting on 6 grown up blocks to come back.

i was so excited about the F8 and needed some alone time. so i hid out in my sewing room and made the block called the 10 minute block, i am making a quilt of these for DHs grandma, she is turning 85.. well a 10 minute block took me longer than that, but an hour or so later it looks pretty great.

I just did the same thing. I used a layer cake, 10" and I now have 191/2" blocks....so cool and so easy. I am making this for a friend that just lost her husband. I did it in muted civil war colors, so I hope she will feel comforted. It will be a nice size quilt.
