Is it just my imagination or are the blocks getting more varied and exciting then ever? I think I am seeing so much variety and new blocks that say make that one make that one! to me. lovely selection ladies absolutely lovely. Abbys blocks Traveling grandma and Old Cat lady can you tell me the names of those? I would love to add them to my Christmas quilt I am making and they are so striking.

I wish everyone a marvelous day. three more blocks heading out of here today maybe four if time allows. Its getting late yet the sun is barely up ontop of the mountain. It hasn't hit here yet. I love to sew in the sunshine.

Lovingrandma that is a beautiful block but I did not make it. This is the one I made for youI'll have to wait until this afternoon to check the mail and post any updates as to blocks back or F8's. Our little PO is only open 1-5p.m. now. Cloudy here today and it looks like rain, but maybe later sunshine I hope.

The blocks are looking so awesome. I agree with Elisabrat.......I want to try some of those too. Well I haven't sewn since last WEdnesday. I feel terrible. I had jury duty for two days, a quilt run on Frid, Helped my quild out on Sat, Church and grocery shopping yesterday and now it is Monday. This morning I am going to a lady's house who is going to show me how to use my embroidery software and maybe I can talk her into helping me to use the darn machine. LOL. But I hope to sew this afternoon. I have to start cranking out those blocks. I have 46/90 done. WHEW! It is so much fun.

Elisabrat - the block I made for Abbys Mom was called "X Marks the Spot" and can be found at Blockcentral.com
I know that this year I have really attempted to do different blocks and trying new techniques.
I wish everyone would post their received blocks on this thread so we could all enjoy - pretty please?

I also would love to see everyones received blocks! It always gives me ideas and thoughts for other blocks. Or post a link to a page of your own that whos the blocks you have made or received? Im loving all the blocks this swap and it does look like people are getting more creative! My son still ahhhhs and ohhhhh at the compass block I received in my black/red/white swap... just not brave enough to try it myself yet!

Hello everyone, I have finally caught up with the posts and I see that some may have thought I had disappeared. I have not, I have my F8's wrapped and ready to mail and since I was late getting them out I thought I would just add them to the finished blocks when I returned them, well it might have been a great thought but I have them wrapped to go in one size envelope and the finished blocks in another and they don't play well with each other. I have five more finished blocks to get sewn, fabrics all cut just need to sew. Hopefully I will have most out this week. I do have two fabrics that came without instructions so I am in hopes to get some feedback from you folks in case I may have miss some special post. Babyfire04, her fabric is purple with dots and The Mamahauser, her fabric is a marble type green and brown.

I am rearranging my sewing room and guestroom. The sewing room will no longer be 1/2 guestroom now. I did manage to get a block out today for NanaKathy in the mail. Hope to get a few more out this week. Phannie

Busy mail in Possum Trot today.

Mailed out grown up blocks to Phannie & Elizabrat -- Y'all can peek if y'all want to

Received 2 great blocks too.

Abby's Mom sent a us a tulip block ... at least that's what Dad says it is

travelinggramma was worried about not using all black...she didn't want to make a black heart. Dad said that was okay since his pirate days of having a black heart were over He "loved" it too along with your great note.
