Oh Wilhelmina - I learned to sew on the machine in your avatar...and it was also the first machine I ever owned. Got it used. Still have it...and the one my mom taught me on.

Nursie76 - I don't have my grandmothers sewing machine, but I bought one from an estate recently, it was well taken care of, it sews perfect! As I understand, they are still considered great machines, I love mine, it is my time travler.
