Red, Snow!!! No way! Its not time for that nasty white stuff.

I have been MIA for a few days, sorry life and work have been getting in the way. I found out a few days ago that I have to host Thanksgiving for my family, somewhere between 18 and 25 people! I need strength!!

I think I should be able to send my package on Thursday or Friday depending on the starching. I have one more idea for a ornament but time will tell.

Rose, Glad you had a good first date. Hope you have a second just as good!

Betty, Those are so darling.

Well time to get back to getting things done. I think that is going to be my mantra until Dec. 1st.

My ornaments will be in the mail in a couple days. Remember the Post Office will be closed tomorrow for Veteran's Day.

Hubs told me last night that our drive to work on Wednesday
morning might not be to fun as it is supposed to be snowing
and blowing snow is what we are supposed to get,,,, NOT fun.

I have 1 ornament almost done, scrapped the other 3 ideas
for now, because they was taking to much time to get completed.

Ornaments, ornaments and more ornaments!! I've had so much fun making mine and just have to pick up a treat or two and my package will be ready to mail...I also had a lot of fun making a card for my lady.

I was surprised that Christmas movies are already on the TV...so hubby and I decided that Thanksgiving will be when we start to watch all the fun movies of the season...if I start now, I'm afraid I will be less in the mood as it gets closer to the holiday. I do however keep myself busy in my studio working on Christmas gifts, so I'm still in the mood, but not smothered in it yet...ha ha ha! Wishing all you ladies a fabulous day!

no ornament package here yet--I have Poo-Chie on mailman duty. You should see--and hear--her grumble when the mail lady is late as usually gets here between 9-9:30 am. Poo-Chie was so angry yesterday when she didnt show til 10:30. The mail lady will give her a tummy rub but Poo-Chie was so angry she wouldnt let her--just ran off to other room and pouted. Poor baby!

My hubby just called me and let me know it took him an hour to drive what is normally a twenty minute trip. He just had to use the four wheel drive and go slow all the way into Sparks. Now this was at five o clock in the morning! I can just imagine what later in the morning with traffic was like! My tree limbs are almost to the ground with the weight of the snow. Pretty, but I hope the limbs don't give way.

We went out last night when the snow let up some and shoveled the driveway. Well he shoveled I watched. LOL... It was so pretty with the moon making everything shine and sparkle. It was so quiet and wonderful.
