I have a question. This is the first time I've made this block and I started making mine as shown in the beginning with my HST matching the outside strip but I see some are matching the inside strip. Does it matter? Will it make a difference to the overall pattern? I'm getting ready to finish up my blocks and thought I better check so I don't have to rip out (any more than usual anyway).

Well I went ahead and finished my blocks. I'm not really pleased with them and I hope they are okay for the swap. I'll get them mailed as soon as I get into the Post Office which will probably be the first of the week.

I see what you are saying- maybe my corner blocks are wrong but hey that makes them unique ???? LOL Hope everyone will be ok with them the way they are .....Look more at the pretty birds

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't been on DH came home from hospital on Wed. and all my time has been spent caring for him and going crazy with the feedings thru his tube. Dr also found another cancer in his liver and now all the cancers are out of him. Thank God and all the prayers that were said for him. I have mine almost done. Working really hard to finish by Monday and mail on Wed. Love all the blocks I have seen.

Sheri- Thank You you are so kind to say so I love Debs swaps , they always stretch me out of my comfort zone , in a good way

This is good when you have a moderator in the swap.....she keeps me on the up and up! Hopefully all will be here by this Saturday! I have heard from most of you about sending in the blocks, but not from islandwiz or nanakathy yet....
