Thanks Owlie, that's too bad. But, I know they have heightened security for the troops in the last few years for their protection.

Armylady, what do you think?

Owlvamp, JoAnn's and Michaels both carry bells in several different sizes. Including tiny ones.

Good Morning Ladies, Ok so here is what is going on wiith the cards for the Soldiers. I went to Walter Reed website and I found the followig posted. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our community for the incredible amount of cards received this holiday season. The deadline was 27 November and the American Red Cross is no longer accepting cards for this holiday season. If you wish to continue sending cards this holiday season, please consider your local veteran hospitals and clinics. You can also share them via Facebook by tagging us. Have a safe and happy holiday season. Sorry for any Confusion. I was not aware of the deadline.

Well, that's alright Armylady. We'll just have to start our cards for the troops in October next year. I'll make a note of that.

Thank you so much.

Owlvamp, what a pretty post card you received and sent. So pretty!

I have been keeping Elisabrat in my prayers. If someone who is on facebook writes to her would you tell her that JuneBillie is praying for her, and her family. Thank you! I am not on facebook.
