UPS just came and delivered this to me. Party lite Starbrite Tealight Holder and it is beautiful. I feel so lucky this month. Not only is it Secret Pal time and Christmas, my birthday is in 3 days. Dh got me my iPhone 6plus and I love it. We also went to SAMs Club and he got me a 3 metal shelf on wheels, I put my small appliances on it ( mixer, food processor, etc). Good month!
Thank you to my Secret Pal this month!

Pal, just found some of the books you like to read -- while staying in budget! I want to finish a homemade item, but I'm not sure if I can do it today -- we are having a Nor'easter and the lights have been flickering. Happily I'm not worried about flooding -- but I am worried about my husband who is working in Long Beach and they are preparing for coastal flooding. And, of course, my son who is on the road with his company -- where? Who knows? Thinking again about the decision to postpone installing a whole house generator ...

I hope everyone is staying warm and dry today!

We are expected to have a storm move in tomorrow that is supposed to dump 4 inches of rain in 36 hours. Tad bit concerned as we have a farm full of animals and live in a low area. Office of Emergency Services has been to the neighborhood to prepare. What do you do with a coop full of chickens and 22 feral cats?? This is going to be interesting. Think I better take the day off.
