Oh wow, look what came in the mail today from my DQ partner Nise. A paper pieced witch and cat DQ, the piecing on this is just fantastic! And she sent all kinds of goodies along with it, 2 fq's, 3 drawstring bags that are just darling, a Halloween bag and even the hangers to hang my DQ. Thank you sooo much Nise, everything is "Spooktacular"!!!

All those pumpkin quilts are making me hungry for homemade pumpkin soup....after all, it is lunch time and I am sitting here eating a meagre savoury scone.

OMG when I was in the hospital I had this massive craving for a scone. I was there three months .. no scones so I am not feeling bad for you at all. I covet that scone. No scones here if I want one I have to make one.. sigh where are the good bakeries when you need them?

I love the pumpkins the witches the cats the whole darn thing! the fall squirrels how cute is that? I cant wait to see what everyone makes for the next swap. It will be magical I am sure
