Hi everyone. I just want to thank all of you for keeping in touch and letting me know how things are going.
Have any of you made and Valentine's cards? I've made up a few for my grandchildren and DH. Whew, sewing with plastic sure does have a bit of a learning curve. It puckers and shifts. But, I did it. I made shaker cards. Princesses, Ninja Turtles and hearts. Once I messed up a few times, I finally seamed to have a success. So, I went for it.

I got the kids confetti pieces at the Party Store. Where they had every imaginable party confetti you could possibly want. And the hearts came from the Dollar Tree. I though they were stickers. Which is what I was looking for. So, I had to change up and make something else.

Nhhative, your postcard for JuanitaBean is darling. I love your Cardinal. He's a bright spot on a cool winter day!
CookiezenMilk, your postcard was mailed earlier today. It's very traditional Florida with a quilter's spin. Hope you like it.

Judith those are very pretty cards you made for family. It sounds like you had a bunch of fun making them.
We are having a sunny 60 degree day today with a heavy March type wind.
Have a great day everyone.

I'm going to post March signups tomorrow. That gives everyone about 10 days to sign up and also for mailed postcards to be received. March's Theme is Black and White with a POP of color.
JuneBillie, I really did have fun making the postcards. But, I usually do have fun creating cards for the little's.
