Happy Birthday CT I hope you didn't get much snow
Sew Extreme what a great package you got from Louise. That's a good idea of a pc in a box and you got lots of goodies to go in it.
Quiltjoey also got a great swap from Joni. I love those scissors.
I have been in the house for 3 days now. I almost went out today but at 12 it was 0 so all I could think of was what if something happened and I was stuck outside. There was no school today so my GDG was on my computer and I was watching tv. This winter has sure been something else.
Everyone stay safe and warm

Happy Birthday Pamela! Louise what a lovely package you sent to Sewextreme, lots of detail work and creativity. JCody love everything you sent too, that pincushion and the scissors are great. I haven't seen scissors like those before, they are so unique looking.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes. I'm 21 again!
QuiltyLouise -- love that fabric! Great swap package all around -- great idea to use a box as p/c & storage!
Quiltjoey -- another lovely swap! Those scissors are beautiful; lucky lady!

QuiltyLouise & Lynnie -- I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have to literally climb up into it (I'm 5'3") & to get out of it, I just slide downward. It works for me though! And it's a beautiful shiny red -- you can see me coming for miles around. Love my Jeep!

I've been out of town again but it is so neat to be able to catch up and see all of the beautiful swaps. It is a good thing there are not judges for this swap like a contest. It would be terribly hard to pick out first place because they are all winners. Such beautiful detail and seeing everyone's own interpretation of the project. So many beautiful pc and nc.

Really nice packages coming in and I have to agree, sure wouldn't want to do any judging... We had our Quilt show this past weekend and no I didn't win a ribbon but did put 2 quilts in... Working on one for next year... I have a new idea for my PC for April, not sure what it will look like, will try and make it and see what needs tweeking...

Louise, you were so generous in sending a half yard of match fabric to the pincushion. Maybe I will make a fabric box or two!
QJ, I love your scissors. Pretty cool.
My heart goes out to all of you enduring with the snow, freezing temps and wind. I certainly hope you have power. It was 28 this morning here. Nothing compared to what you are all dealing with.
