Keurig does make good on there machines. I first got mine back in 2009 and less than 7 months later had an issue with it. Called Keurig and they promptly had me send i the kcup holder and they sent me a new one,,,,,, same model. Well about 7-8 months later the same thing happened and again a call to them and they replaced it. This time they sent me a newer updated version of same model and have had it for about 2 years and just gave it to my son last fall and I purchased the Cruisant KCup because I preferred that model and brand and its awesome.

DO NOT GIVE UP on Keurig cause they do make good on their product. It just happened the one I got was a batch that year that something was wrong with it and they have since fixed it.

Mr Coffee also now has the kcups and contracted with Keurig for it.

I just got to where sometimes you could brew 1 cup of coffee and
work on the machine (until said cup of coffee was cold) just to get
it to working again.

This morning it took me 40 minutes of removing the reservoir washing,
scrubbing, and doing every "trick" the manual and website talked about
doing. When I got it to work again I had to put my cup of coffee in the
nuker to heat it up again. TIm never did get his cup of coffee he was "out
of the mood" to drink any at this point.

We didn't even have it for 2 months yet and it was the "Platinum" B70
model (not the low end model either).
B70 is the very one they have had problems with. Don't give up on it. Also when you descale leave the vinegar in it over night or for several hours and like others have said use the paperclip to get those holes unplugged.

You can use your own coffee with the Keurig as well. Just get the cup holder and put coffee in and brew.

Love my Keurig. It was one thing we were able to save. I use K cups when they're on sale but also use my own coffee since I like a potent brew. I usually end up adding some Bustello to whatever dark brew I'm using. There is a new one - Obsidian - love it - but can't find it often.

Linda R, I love that little pup in your avatar.

Rosemary, thanks for sending that little pal my way! Love the bow tuck. That was on my to do list - but lost the pattern. Oh well.

I don't think any of the clues sound like me, but then again I like anything. They could all be me.
