this sounds so fun..might have to get in on this one..I like the fact that you make the blocks before you sign up. I can shop for fabrics when I go to the Paducah quilt show. Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.

Yes the blocks can be 12 1/2 x 12 1/2 at the biggest. Then the multiples go just like the 3 1/2 ones. 12 1/2 x 3 1/2, 12 1/2 x 6 1/2, 12 1/2 x 3 1/2. (And the same with the 6 1/2 inch blocks.) That gives us some creative wiggle room. LOL!

Me too Lynnie! I have almost finished the party withches hats. Then I will get the other set finished this week. I will work in some extra blocks here and there until the swap is over to make my quilt larger than the 12 blocks will allow. So a side swap works in great with me!
Thanks for offering!

I have another question which I don't think I've seen answered... what about embellishments? Can we assume these are mostly going to be wall hangings and such, so we dont need to worry about buttons, beads, sequins etc, or do we need to consider these might end up with very small children. Just thinking of how to do eyes and things.
Thanks :-)
Thanks :-)
