You might consider not having blocks less than 6 1/2" in the next swap. I prefer to use larger blocks in my quilts and I end up have to spend time and energy on increasing the smaller blocks and many times they are out of place and have to be used in a smaller project. Moosegirl

Tell me what you all think. OK?
Thats fine with me. How many over 6 1/2 did you end up with for this swap?

Almost all of them are over the 6 1/2 inch. Very few have the three and a half inch size. I am thinking that people aren't crazy about working with that size block in the first place???

it's just harder to create something that small I think. I know my blocks are all 6 1/2 and just about done so I can mail them out. (from the US since we have a love postal strike going on here)

o.k., now we all know i'm weird, but i like the littles, i use them alot in my quilts. i have no problem making a little. a pc of holly, a candy, a christmas ornament, they are a pain in the a--, but i like to throw a few of them in here and there.
sooooooooo, are they in or out. jst let me know. i prefer to sdo smaller ones for a wall hanging size, but could go larger if needed.

I think that we will take a vote on the responses and go from there, lynnie. OK? Not about you being crazy... LOL! About the size of the blocks.

Ditto, I don't like small blocks to hard to get the points...LOL but if the others want 3 1/2 it wouldn't bother me...so I'm open either way, but I perfer not to do 3 1/2 blocks for now...
