Is there going to be a halloween swap of Blocks this year. I would like to participate if possible. Please let me know who is hosting and the terms of the swap. I have really enjoyed this one and the Christmas one.

Search for last years and read through that. It will give you a good plan for hosting a new swap.

I am pretty sure that you have to be a board member for a little bit longer than you have been angel. But, I could be wrong.
