ALMOST READY! Just have the binding to go. I have a few projects that have deadlines that must be finished first. Then I'll get mine finished and post pictures

I'm sad to say that I had to pack mine up in a box. I gave it a hug and a kiss and promised that when we get to Virginia that I would take it out and finish it off.

I believe it was group two. JANW pics that are first in this thread was my group. We started out jinxed from the beginning. I came in late around the holidays taking the spot of someone who had to pull out, then my first round went to someone who was filling in, we then had someone else drop out and Judy filled in for that person putting her in two groups.

Judy told me on the one she is sending me she did Sue and Sam all the way around the border. I can't wait to see it!

Oh gosh, I can't wait to see it either! Mine aren't finished... I have 2...the one..(grape center and lattice is very large and I'm still trying to decide whether to send it out or try to quilt it myself)...the other one won't lay flat...so I have to take the last border off and redo it, then I am going to quilt it myself...They are both gorgeous and I don't want to mess them up!

I really can't wait to see more of Judy's work...she is soo good!

Emailed Judy and she emailed me back - she mailed the top yesterday. Apparently great minds think alike :) Perfect timing cause I have quilt till you wilt next week on Friday and Saturday. I also have to travel for work next week and on my way home am thinking about detouring to go to a few quilt shops. It will be fun to look for fabric for my round at those shops. I will post pics when I get it on the thread for round 6.

yes I got it and took it to retreat a few weeks ago to work on and take a picture - which I didn't do either of. It is still packed away from retreat. I had water in my sewing room last week after all of your rain and all sewing was put on a stand still. I just about cleaned up and organized and ready to start on it. I am such a picky person that I wouldn't just pile everything back in my room I am organizing and cleaning as I put it away. It is taking forever but well worth it as I can't believe how great it looks! I also can't believe how much fabric I have and how many projects I have - my job sure gets in the way of sewing :)
