Here is a sneak peak at Macy's last round, group 2.

I'm not sure what I am going to do with the corners yet as I have run out of 4 of the fabrics.

While waiting on fabric arriving for CarrieM's top, I've been having a play with what I may add to Kathy's when It arrives...

So here I have been having a wee play this afternoon with PP mountain's...
Love this technique and very much see a mountain quilt in my future!!

Just finally had a chance to check in - and you all are knocking it out of the park!
With my mom's passing in December I haven't had many brain cells available to plan and design anything. I have been able to finish up on some UFOs and put my boom quilt together but thats about it.
We will be back on the road at the end of the month and looking forward to seeing the sites, stopping into quilt stores, and visit USA as well as all the family.
So impressed on all the work done here - and you are all great designers! Maybe somewhere down the road I will be able to join back in as I truly loved playing with you all

We miss you for sure, TG. I totally understand what you are saying, as my dad passed end of Nov. of COVID. I'm just doing this and have some UFOs to complete after this RR. The positivity and encouragement surely helps. Virtual hugs to you!!

One side left to sew on Mona's border (group 1)...all pinned! Just had to leave this morning before I could finish for an appt. I'll get it done and mail tomorrow.

I really hope I have some fabrics in my stash to use for Suz's border so I can work on that tomorrow as well.

I am loving how my quilts are turning out and can't wait to see them in person.

I picked a design for Suz's quilt...not sure about the purple?? The finished square is just 1 1/2". Suz, how do you feel about the silver metallic? I feel like with the shimmer of the thread in the embroidery it isn't bad, just happened to be the only purple I had that matched the flowers in the center. Be honest if you don't like metallic I have no problem going to the quilt shop
