Look what arrived today! It's a masterpiece, Kathryn (k3n)! You are so talented. I absolutely adore hand quilting and cathedral windows. The colors are so pretty. The whole quilt just sparkles with movement.

I love the red and white Dutch fabric too! And all the embellishments. I've been looking for some of those tiny clothespins! Did all of you hear my squeals 'round the world? I hope I didn't wake anyone!

What a fantastic selection of quilts in this swap, I have loved them all. I just finished the top for my August swap, so I am on the way to getting that done.

I don't know that I agree with 18 year olds opinions of Brits though.

Glad you like it Chele - and that it arrived finally! I just about burst when you posted on Eddie's thread a few days ago that you'd always liked Cathedral Windows - in fact I even told Terri - I just had to tell SOMEONE that was what I'd made you! And the clothespins - I put in almost as an afterthought! Spooky! :D

K3n your cathedral windows doll quilt is amazing. All the hand work that has gone into it just boggles my mind. You did a great job on the whole thing. WOW.

I just love Cathedral Windows. Always have! You were channeling me for sure! Paintings are coming down. This beauty is going up. It will be wonderful inspiration for me. I keep going back to look all the lovely block combinations. Every time I look at it I see something else. Great work k3n! Anyone would be thrilled to get you as a partner. What a thrill for me! Many thanks!

On another note, if you have received your doll quilt, but can't post pictures, please let me know everything arrived okay. I have quite a few participants on my list but haven't seen anything received. It's still early, but keep me in the loop. I know everyone will be thrilled with the lovely creations they receive.
