I got my June doll quilt today from LittleRoo! All the way from the UK! I love it! I also love all the little extras she sent. I"ll post a pic as soon as my hubby gets back from work, left the camera in the truck from our camping trip this weekend!

I am still working on yours. It’s all laid out. Half is sewn together. I need to set up a design in my embroidery machine. Then I can finish up one section.
Because I work full time and don't usually get home till after 6pm, most of my sewing is done on the weekend. But I am going to try and sneak a few minutes in here and there. I should be finished in a week or so.
It’s going to be a hot one today. Keep cool everyone!

Mine is done. Scrappylouisa is going to get a very scary doll quilt.
Remember that sparkly pink thing I made? She'll be wishing she had said, "Oh, yes! I just loooove pink!"
Bwahahahaha!
I out-did myself this time in terms of pushing the envelope.
Seriously, when I start these things I just never know what's going to come out of the machine. It's always a big surprise.
As I said last time ... "No matter what I make, it's always just a little strange."
I think I should make labels with that phrase for all my quilts
And I couldn't figure out how to put a label on it when it was done, so I signed it.
Of course last night I found fabric that would have made things soooo much easier, but it was too late so my darling partner is going to get some of it as a little extra surprise to make up for the fright!

My quilt top is done. Would have been finished sooner if I had not had a brain freeze on how to do part of it. Took me 3 days of it hanging on my design wall & me going in & staring at it periodically to finally figure it out. lol Now on to the label, backing, & quilting. Hope to have it in the mail the end of this week.
