You just have to let Caroline know you have a table runner ready to mail by the last day of the swap or you won't get on the ready to swap list. Some swaps do this because lots of people sign up for swaps and don't follow through so having a ready list ensures all swappers have a runner coming to them.

I think it's suppose to be today ube, hope so. Hope my partner mails quick, it needs to arrive by the 14th as we are leaving for the winter.

You should all have your partners now.... please remember that this is a secret swap so feel free to post pictures and hints but do not say who you are sending to... it is nice to get a surprise. If you have not got a partner PM me asap please.

Now, please please please remember to let me know when you have mailed and received. Just a quick PM staying "I've mailed or I've received" will do! Also, please be kind and send a thank you PM to your sender when you receive. It is important to let your sender know that what they have sent has arrived safe and sound... if your partner is like me, they will be worried until it arrives.

You have a week to mail your runner.. this is a solid deadline.. please please mail on time.

Now for the fun stuff, I will be posting a new thread for a Winter/Christmas swap.... please sign up, I love having you all take part in this swap!
